Points determine how many products you can track and which markets. Small markets cost less. For example, a single product in the US is 200 points, Germany 80 points and Israel 5 points. You can mix and match points across Eebz products.

Once you have started tracking a product you cannot un-track it. But older, end-of-life products are automatically removed from your points total - though you keep historical data. These points become available for new products.

Yes. All variants of a product are included, so if your product has three colours or one colour it costs the same number of points.

No. We appreciate that revenue-based charges penalise high-value, low margin products such as electronics. Our simple points-based charge means costs are predictable and easy to forecast.

Yes — all three extract types are available on any plan. PerfectPage uses 2× the standard points cost per product, Store Level extracts use 4×, and High Frequency extracts (multiple times per day) use 6×. You simply use more of your points allowance, and you can top up with additional points blocks at any time.

Absolutely. You can switch products between extract types on a monthly basis. A common approach is to turn on High Frequency extracts for key products ahead of a promotional period — such as a product launch or sales event — and then switch back to standard extracts once the promotion ends. You only pay the higher points cost for the months you need it.

No — you are in full control. You can add products and select your extract type (Basic, PerfectPage, Store Level or High Frequency) directly from the Products index page in the platform. Our customer success team are always happy to help, but everything can be done self-service without raising a support request.
